The package includes the CITYPLAY sensors, straps, a charging case, charging cable, carrying case, and a 12-month access to the CITYPLAY exclusive App.

How do I activate my membership?
KEEP THE QR CODE INSIDE YOUR KIT FOR ACCOUNT ACTIVATION.
Scan the QR code to activate your 12-month membership, and unlock exclusive features. After 12 months, a membership fee will apply. The membership auto-renews, but you can cancel anytime.

How do I charge my sensors?
Place both sensors in the case. Use the provided charging cable and connect to a power source. Ensure the sensors’ lights are in a solid color. A solid light means they are charging. A blinking or no light means they are not charging successfully.

How do I sync my data onto the app?
Before syncing, ensure a stable internet connection, Bluetooth is ON, and sensors are paired. After the session, place sensors in the case; they’ll blink white. Keep your phone and sensors close. Open the CITYPLAY app to see your new activity.
